Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and perks effectively
Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and promote ongoing loyalty

Experience
Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in technology or related fields
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases
Demonstrated technical sales experience, including product demos and explaining complex features clearly
Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging customers both in person and over the phone
Basic math proficiency for transactions and inventory management
