Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Support store operations through effective time management,

Requirements
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases
Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits
Experience with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling
Technical sales experience or familiarity with POS systems enhances your effectiveness in this role
Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and patience
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced setting
Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management
Knowledge of upselling techniques and organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales area
