We're looking for a driven, outgoing sales representative to help us grow our client base across the city and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

What you'll do:
Promote and sell our company's services to potential clients
Work from an existing database of 100+ clients to start, plus find and develop new business prospects (residential, commercial, contractors, property managers, etc.)
Build relationships and close deals — we need someone who can actually sell, not just talk
Represent the company professionally in person, over the phone, and online

What we're looking for:
A confident, persuasive communicator who isn't afraid to hustle
Sales experience preferred, but drive and results matter more than a resume
Must have a reliable vehicle — you'll be traveling around the city and possibly the GTA




Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Bonus: experience in construction, home services, or a related trade

Compensation:
Hourly base pay + commission — the more clients you bring in, the more you earn
Starts as part-time; strong performers who consistently bring in clients can grow into a full-time role
You'll be working with a solid head start: 100+ clients already in our database
