We are seeking a Natural Health Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in our Recent Health Food Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess solid communication skills.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and answer their questions.
Recommend products that best meet customers' needs.
Rotate products and restock shelves.
Receive deliveries and organize inventory.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Required Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to continuously learn and participate in ongoing training.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Eager and motivated to learn.
Dynamic, positive attitude.
Professional appearance.
Bilingual in French and English.
Education
Studies in natural health, such as nutrition, naturopathy, physiotherapy, herbal medicine, or aromatherapy.
A diploma in nutrition or naturopathy is considered an asset.
If you do not currently meet the educational requirements, you will be required to complete the employer's online natural health training program within 12 months, at your own expense. (The employer will reimburse your course if you stay with the company for 2 years)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 7.5 – 15.0 per week
