Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end program delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
Track scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, and delivery plans.
Prepare program status reports, dashboards, steering committee updates, and executive presentations.
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, governance reviews, and escalation discussions.
Coordinate with Product, Business, Technology, QA, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams.
Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models based on program needs.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Required Skills:
Solid Program / Project Management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing complex enterprise programs.
Solid knowledge of RAID, governance, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or regulatory experience preferred.
PMP, Scrum, or Secure certification is an asset.
