About the Role

Warehouse on Wheels is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support our recruitment function in our Paris, Ontario location. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone to gain hands-on experience across the full hiring cycle, working closely with our People Operations team and hiring managers across our Ontario locations. This is a new role. Compensation will be $30.00 -$32.00 per hour based on a 40 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities
Screen incoming resumes and applications against job requirements
Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess fit and qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process (status updates, scheduling, follow-ups)
Support job posting creation and distribution across job boards and internal channels
Assist with onboarding preparation for current hires
Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team as needed

Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in People Operations, recruitment, or administrative support (internship experience welcome)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with solid attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with an ATS or HRIS is an asset
Discretion in handling confidential candidate and employee information
