You'll report to the COO and oversee monthly closings while producing accurate financial statements. This role calls for a candidate who thrives in a rapid-paced workplace and possesses both technical prowess and a personable demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
Drive full accounting cycle and month-end reconciliations
Oversee cash flow management and working capital needs




Facilitate budget creation and forecasting insights
Develop robust internal controls and accounting processes
Maintain compliance with tax regulations and filings Requirements:
Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
CPA completed or in progress is beneficial
At least 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
