Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 4th-year Plumber/Gasfitter to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas fitting systems across various projects. Duties
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and gas fitting systems according to project specifications and safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and installation
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems for proper operation and maintenance needs
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work setting throughout each project




Support the assembly of piping systems, fixtures, and related components using basic math calculations for measurements

Requirements
Currently enrolled as a 4th-year apprentice or equivalent in a recognized plumbing or gasfitting program
Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC components, schematics, and blueprints
Experience with carpentry, construction sites, or related trades is preferred but not mandatory
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings
Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces as needed
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
