Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
Support team members in preparing work sites, organizing tools, and maintaining cleanliness
Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, or stacking materials as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
Operate basic machinery or tools when required, adhering to safety standards and instructions
Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to maintain a tidy workspace




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience
Previous experience in automotive manual labour, or industrial settings is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to physical labour roles
