As an MRI Specialist, you will serve as a central force in elevating imaging quality across all partnered imaging facilities. This is not a traditional technologist role. You will operate at the intersection ofclinical expertise, systems optimization, and education. From designing and standardizing protocols to solving complex safety scenarios and mentoring technologists, your work will directly shape the quality and consistency of MRI across a multi‑site, multi‑vendor workplace.This hybrid role combinesremote clinical oversightwithon‑site engagement,



including travel to onboard new facilities and ensuring sustained imaging excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Onboarding: Onboard new imaging sites, including protocol implementation and hands‑on technologist trainingProtocol Optimization & Image Quality: Review and refine MRI protocols across multiple vendors (Siemens, GE, Philips, Canon, etc.). Optimize scan parameters to achieve superior image quality while maintaining efficiency. Drive standardization while adapting to site‑specific constraintsMRI Safety & Risk Management: Evaluate implant and device cases to ensure MRI safety. Promote and uphold MRI safety best practices across all sitesQuality Assurance & Performance Improvement: Conduct routine image quality audits and protocol reviews. Track and improve key performance metrics, including repeat rates, scan quality, and protocol adherence. Identify trends and implement solutions to elevate clinical performanceEducation & Training: Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and internal knowledge resources. Build structured training programs for technologists across partner sitesData & Workflow Optimization: Possess DICOM and imaging workflow knowledge to troubleshoot and streamline data transfer issues. Partner with internal teams to improve interoperability, efficiency,



and system reliabilityCross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, technical and medical teams to continuously improve imaging workflows and outcomesQualifications & Skills5+ years of experience as an MRI TechnologistARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certificationStrong expertise in MRI protocols and image optimizationExcellent communication and training skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsProven ability to adapt across diverse clinical environments and systemsDetail‑oriented with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and MRI safetyPreferred BackgroundExperience working with at least two MRI vendors (e.G.
