This position is ideal for students currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology program who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real‑world consulting workplace.You’ll support project teams with a mix of field, office, and technical tasks, gaining exposure to civil design, construction support, and infrastructure projects.What a Day at EXP Has in Store for YouPerforming other project‑related tasks as assigned under the guidance of senior staffSupporting civil infrastructure and land development projectsHelping prepare technical drawings and design files using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3DSupporting preparation of technical reports, field notes, and project documentationCollaborating with engineers, technologists, and project managersAssisting with fieldwork, such as site visits, inspections, surveys, or data collectionAssisting with quantity take‑offs, calculations,



and data analysisFollowing safety procedures while working in field and office environmentsWorking in the office environment in Brampton or other offices as assignedWhat Your Experience Looks LikeCurrent enrollment in a Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology co‑op programFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Completed coursework in areas such as watermains, sewers, treatment plants and/or municipal infrastructureStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage tasks independently with guidanceA valid driver’s license (asset, depending on role requirements)Please include your preferred co‑op term length in your resume or cover letterThe hourly range for this role is between $21 - $24.EXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
