About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Designer to join our team, with a solid focus on creating accurate shop drawings and contributing to new product development. This role blends technical precision with creative problem-solving, supporting projects from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities
Develop clear, precise, and production-ready shop drawings for a variety of projects
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure designs meet technical and manufacturing requirements
Translate conceptual ideas into detailed CAD models and technical drawings
Participate in the design and development of new products, from ideation to prototyping
Revise and update drawings based on feedback, site conditions, and project changes
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, materials specifications, and manufacturing processes
Maintain organized documentation and version control of design files

Qualifications & Skills
Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design,



or a related field
Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks
Experience producing shop drawings and technical documentation
Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods
Ability to interpret technical specifications and architectural/engineering drawings
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
Experience with prototyping and product testing
Familiarity with additional design/rendering tools (e.g., Rhino, KeyShot, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of fabrication techniques or working with vendors

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
