T3 Training is hiring a part-time Personal Trainer to lead private and small group sessions at our private training facility. You will be coaching anywhere from 1 to 15 clients per session in a structured, results-focused environment.

This role is ideal for a trainer who values consistency, professionalism, and hands-on coaching rather than floor supervision.

Requirements
Must actively live in Calgary, Alberta
Must be available Monday to Friday for varied hours.
Minimum one year of private or personal training experience
Must hold at least one recognized fitness certification, such as (CSEP CP, NASM CPT, ACE CPT, CanFitPro PTS, ISSA CPT, etc.)
Robust communication and people skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Confident coaching basic lifts and movement patterns

Compensation
Paid hourly
Pay scales based on the number of clients attending each session, from $22 to $30
