Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlet Coordinator, this position is a key team member in providing customer service and quality products in casino-based food outlet locations.
Taking patron food and beverage orders. Processing payments. Providing friendly, approachable and helpful customer service as part of a team. Assembling, wrapping/packaging and presenting hot and cold food and beverage orders.
Finishing a variety of par- or pre-cooked menu items. Ensuring that all stations are fully stocked. Strictly adhering to secure food-handling practices. Washing and sanitizing dishes, tools, surfaces and equipment.
Receiving and storing supplies in a secure and secure manner. Assisting with other related duties as assigned.
Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse situations and personalities.
Previous serving experience would be an asset.
