Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout each shift
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
Adhere to sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements




Previous food service experience, including food preparation and cooking roles in restaurants or similar environments
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Passion for the food industry and a desire to grow within a culinary environment
