We are currently looking for qualified and experienced Flat Roofers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Install and repair professional roofing systems
Complete roof preparation, membrane installation, flashing, and detailing
Install flat roofing
Follow plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements
Identify and communicate installation issues
Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and safety
Assist with and mentor apprentices and labourers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area





Requirements
Valid Working at Heights certification will be an asset
Proven professional roofing experience
Strong understanding of roofing installation methods and practices
Strong attention to workmanship and detail
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
