Job Title: Lead Inquiries Officer

Rate: Open The number of hours/week is 18, six hours/day (during standard hours), three days/week, including one day/week in-office.

Must haves:
8+ years of progressive experience in regulatory enforcement, fraud investigations, financial services, policing, law, or a related contact-centre workplace
Solid knowledge of regulatory/compliance processes, preferably involving fraud or securities matters
Solid research, analytical, problem-solving and investigative abilities
Ability to clearly explain complex legal and policy concepts to investors
Experience with a regulatory agency or police service involving white-collar crime/fraud is highly desirable

Nice to Have
Degree/diploma in Law, Policing or a related discipline
Legal administration experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
French bilingual proficiency
Canadian Securities Course or other securities-industry education
