Responsibilities
Experience with gym membership sales
Provide exceptional customer service to members in person, over the phone, and via email
Assist members with inquiries, account updates, and resolving any issues or concerns
Perform data entry and maintain accurate member records
Analyze member needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless member experience

Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information accurately
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
