Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Engage with customers in a friendly, qualified manner to enhance their experience
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures during food handling and serving processes
Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
