Janitor Technician – Bilingual

Crystal Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor Technician to join our growing team in Montreal. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, qualified, and takes pride in maintaining clean and well-kept commercial spaces.

Responsibilities
Perform general janitorial and commercial cleaning duties
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
Clean and disinfect washrooms
Clean kitchens, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces
Empty garbage and recycling
Dust and wipe down surfaces
Refill soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies
Follow Crystal Cleaning’s cleaning procedures and quality standards
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or concerns
Ensure assigned work is completed properly and on time

Requirements




Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset
English and French communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong attention to detail
Valuable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
Comfortable following checklists, procedures, and instructions
Qualified attitude when working around clients and their employees

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
