Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently.
Assist with food service as needed, including taking food orders and serving meals to customers.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to effectively assist customers.

Skills
Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Familiarity with cashiering practices and handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
Basic math skills for calculating tabs and managing cash flow effectively.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
