Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage food preparation tasks including assembling food items and maintaining cleanliness standards
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
Ensure food safety standards are upheld through proper food handling and sanitation practices
Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking supplies, and organizing workspace efficiently




Handle cashier responsibilities including basic math calculations for transactions and giving correct change

Requirements
Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
Prior food service experience in a rapid-paced workplace within the food industry
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions
Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
