Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

Duties
Install various structures and fixtures, including drywall, Ceilings, and other components according to specifications.
Measure the space to determine the correct size of drywall panels needed.
Position drywall sheets on the framing (wood or metal studs) and secure them using drywall screws or nails. This is done starting from the top and working down to ensure a tight fit.
Make sure edges of the drywall are aligned properly with corners and other materials.




Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred.
Proficiency in building techniques, including drywall installation and finishing.
Strong skills in caulking, painting, and general maintenance person tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
