Gutter Cleaning Technician

Crystal Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our field operations team in Montreal and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who is comfortable with physical work, ladders, and working at heights.

Responsibilities
Clean residential and commercial gutters by hand and with qualified equipment
Remove leaves, dirt, and debris from gutters
Explicit and inspect downspouts
Perform water flow tests when required
Safely set up, move, and use extension ladders
Identify and report gutter, roof, or drainage issues
Take before-and-after photos of completed work
Maintain tools, ladders, and equipment
Follow Crystal Cleaning’s safety procedures and service standards
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Complete assigned jobs efficiently and according to schedule

Requirements




Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to follow safety procedures and instructions
Previous gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roofing, construction, landscaping, or general labour experience is an asset
French and/or English; bilingual is a robust asset
Valid driver’s licence is an asset
Able to work independently and as part of a crew

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
