Responsibilities
Assist in meat butchery and meat cutting processes, ensuring precise portioning and trimming according to specifications
Operate packaging machinery to prepare products for shipment, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
Follow strict sanitation protocols to uphold food safety standards throughout the production area
Conduct quality checks on meat products to verify freshness, appearance, and adherence to safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
Support the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical troubleshooting when necessary




Follow all safety procedures related to food processing, sanitation, and machinery operation

Qualifications
Prior experience in food industry manufacturing or meat processing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of butchery techniques and meat cutting is a plus
Familiarity with packaging processes and food safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with attention to detail
Mechanical knowledge or experience operating manufacturing equipment is advantageous
Solid commitment to sanitation practices and food safety standards
Willingness to follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training
