Duties

Lead negotiations with vendors, partners, and financial institutions to secure favorable terms
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance revenue streams and improve client relationships
Monitor industry trends such as financial services practices and dealership operations to inform strategic decisions
Ensure adherence to accounting principles, internal controls, and audit requirements

Experience




Proven experience in financial management within the financial services or dealership sectors is highly preferred
Robust background in negotiation, deal structuring, and customer service excellence
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data using math skills to inform decision-making
Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects in a rapid-paced setting
Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to leverage financial insights for revenue growth
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on transparency and stakeholder engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
