This position requires you to be available for Saturdays (no long weekends) as well as some later day shifts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:




Daily reporting and tracking
Answering telephones
Managing schedule
Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and organized
Responding to emails
Ordering office supplies
Processing payments and invoices
Presenting the office in the best possible manner over the telephone and in person by exuding warmth, professionalism and confidence at all times

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour

Experience:
Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Tracker: 1 year (preferred)
