Amsterdam Inn & Suites is looking for a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during overnight shifts. This role involves working closely with the General Manager to ensure effective nightly procedures, maintain guest satisfaction, and support the night audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast items for guests.
Perform cleaning duties in public areas and guest spaces as required.
Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Oversee night audit operations, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries while providing excellent service.
Support the night audit team, ensuring smooth overnight operations.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain hotel security and safety protocols during overnight hours.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
