InstaDrive Driving School is looking for MTO Certified Driving Instructors to join our growing team.
We are looking for experienced, professional and patient instructors who enjoy teaching and helping students become secure and confident drivers.

Responsibilities
Provide professional one-on-one in-car driving lessons
Teach safe and defensive driving techniques
Prepare students for G2 and G road tests
Help beginner drivers develop confidence and proper driving habits
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a professional and positive learning environment
Follow MTO standards and safe-driving practices
Maintain reliable communication with students and InstaDrive
Requirements
Valid Ontario MTO Driving Instructor Licence
Previous in-car driving instructor experience preferred
Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
Own vehicle equipped with dual controls
Appropriate commercial insurance for driving instruction
Professional, patient and reliable
Robust communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable working with students of different ages and skill levels
Ideal Candidate We are especially interested in instructors who:
Have at least 1 year of in-car driving instructor experience
Have experience preparing students for G2 and G road tests
Know Toronto roads and DriveTest routes
Are dependable and punctual
Enjoy working independently
Want a consistent flow of students
Are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing driving school
