Duties
Measure clients accurately to determine garment specifications and fit preferences
Cut fabric precisely according to patterns and client measurements
Sew, assemble, and finish garments with meticulous attention to detail
Alter and repair clothing items to achieve optimal fit and appearance
Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on styles and fabrics
Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety




Select appropriate materials and thread to match garment requirements and customer expectations

Requirements
Proven experience as a master tailor or in a similar high-level tailoring role
Robust knowledge of sewing techniques, pattern making, and fabric properties
Basic math skills for measurements, sizing adjustments, and pattern calculations
Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and understand client needs
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality
Attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship in every stitch
Flexibility to adapt to different styles, fabrics, and customer preferences
