Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain valuable relations with NAPA customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional delivery service of our products in a safe and timely manner
Verify invoices to ensure that the correct products are pulled for customer delivery, assist with picking orders




Organize pickup of customer returns without disrupting delivery efficiency
Assist with keeping store in a neat and orderly manner including restocking shelf items and general cleaning duties
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age with a full and valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to use computers
Automotive knowledge is a plus but is not necessary
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Robust organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
