Our client: A leading full-service law firm based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of their divisions. This is a senior HR role ideal for a bilingual professional with a background in qualified services or legal environments who thrives at the intersection of strategy, finance, and people management.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
Collaborate with division leadership to support operational and strategic decision-making
Provide strategic support on profitability, pricing, and resource allocation
Plan and oversee daily division operations, implementing and optimizing processes
Develop and manage the division's annual budget in collaboration with the finance department
Produce monthly reporting including workflow metrics and data analysis
Manage and develop direct reports across the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation, development,



and offboarding
Support long-term planning and assess future resource needs (lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants)

Qualifications and pre-requisites:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a professional services firm or law firm
Full bilingualism in French and English (required)
Solid analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Aderant and/or Workday is an asset
