Responsibilities
Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store shelves through stocking and merchandising
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with product replenishment
Promote store promotions, sales,



and special offers to customers
Supervise or assist in supervising staff during shifts as needed
Communicate effectively with customers and team members using phone etiquette and explicit communication skills

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store operations preferred
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team
Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and stock management is beneficial
