They will work closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents, QA/QC teams, subcontractors, and field crews to achieve operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain construction schedules, including short-term, long-term, and 3-week look-ahead plansCoordinate labour, equipment, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and structural construction activitiesPlan and oversee bridge, foundation, staging, steel erection, temporary works, and access systemsSupervise on-site operations, ensuring productivity, quality, environmental compliance, and adherence to project specificationsManage equipment utilization, inspections, regulatory documentation, and maintenance schedulesReview project, shop, and engineered drawings and provide technical support to field teamsMonitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements, schedules, and quality standardsLead safety initiatives by coordinating JHAs, SJPs, SWPs, training, certifications, PPE compliance,



and participation in safety programsCoordinate inspections, testing, QA/QC documentation, and resolution of non-conforming workTrack production, costs, timesheets, purchasing, forecasting, and project performance metricsIdentify and communicate schedule, budget, productivity, and resource impacts to project leadershipPromote a proactive culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operationsOther duties assignedQualificationsDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of technical training and relevant construction industry experienceMinimum 5 years of experience supervising new bridge construction projects on MTO or equivalent provincial transportation infrastructure projectsKnowledge of OPSS specifications and quality management requirements, preferredStrong knowledge of structural construction operations, including Bridge construction, Engineered foundations, Formwork systems, Concrete construction, Temporary works and stagingUnderstanding of engineered access systems, steel erection, and structural staging, preferredAbility to lead and evaluate crew and subcontractor performance.Strong understanding of contract documents, specifications, and construction methodologies.Experience with construction scheduling software, preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,
