FSP accepts technical certification credit for military experience in relevant fields.Learn more here.Apply today and become part of a company where your skills and dedication are valued.Job DescriptionProject Managerreports to the General Manager and Senior Project Manager and is responsible for all aspects of projects including contractor sales management, cost control, project management, material preparation, work scheduling, and project breakdown.ResponsibilitiesReport to the Senior Project Manager and General Manager.Lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering highest standards, on time and within budget, using best practices.Create verbal and written reports covering potential new sales, existing sales,



and customer product/service/system needs.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, schematics, and operational/product manuals.Establish contact and build relationships with clients, technicians, and subcontractors.Manage equipment, materials ordering and delivery process, project schedules, manpower, and materials.Prepare and track job costs to completion.Attend staff, construction, and engineering meetings.Generate weekly reports of assigned projects, including status and manpower needs.Perform other related duties as necessary.Travel to sites as required; some office presence expected.Qualifications3+ years experience in the fire alarm industry with progressive responsibilities, either a CFAA certification or an electrical background with 309A or equivalent experience.Fire Alarm Technician or Electrical Contractor experience preferred.Ability to read drawings and perform take‑offs.Knowledge of current fire alarm system technology.Understanding of Ontario and National Building, Fire Codes.Experience maintaining project documentation, including as‑built drawings, change order pricing, and RFPs.Excellent interpersonal communication skills,
