Job Summary

Responsibilities
Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and managing check-in/check-out processes
Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following health and safety standards
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage,



and ongoing maintenance to foster loyalty and repeat business

Experience
Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Experience in retail sales and upselling within a service workplace is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
