Duties
Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and skilled manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area, including kitchens, dishes, and the restaurant area
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Set up event spaces with tables, linens, utensils, and other catering essentials
Set up the day for lunch service including, prepping salads, breads, cutting deli meat, and produce




Provide excellent guest services during lunch service

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
Familiarity with food handling, serving, and basic food preparation techniques
Cash register experience
Customer service skills that demonstrate friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of service
Willingness to learn recent skills related to food service, customer service and event setup
