Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Italian, Chinese, Indian, and Greek dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
Serve dishes efficiently while ensuring quality control and presentation standards are met
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service during busy hours




Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working workplace

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting
Solid knowledge of Italian, Chinese, Indian, and Greek cuisines is highly desirable
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
Prior experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
