Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator working the Night Shift! This energetic role offers the opportunity to operate state-of-the-art CNC machinery, including lathes and milling machines, to produce high-quality precision components. Responsibilities
Operate CNC machinery used for aluminum fabrication
Set up and monitor machines according to production requirements
Read production drawings, work orders and specifications
Load and unload materials safely
Measure finished components using appropriate measuring tools
Perform quality inspections and identify defects
Make basic machine adjustments when required
Report machine, tooling or quality issues to the supervisor




Maintain production records and a clean work area
Follow all machine safety and company health and safety procedures

Qualifications
Previous CNC machine operating experience is required
Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
Aluminum fabrication experience is an asset
Ability to read drawings and measurements
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance
Must be available for permanent night shift

What we offer:
Full time permanent position
$20.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
Additional $1.00/hour night shift premium
