Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Prep and Line Cook to join our team. The Cook will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious dishes in the kitchen, ensuring excellent quality and presentation. Typical shifts are 3pm-close and consist of full time work.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring
Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items
Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards
Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times including doing dishes, disinfecting prep stations, and equipment cleaning
Assist other kitchen staff as needed

Requirements
Previous experience working with Greek Cuisine




Experience cultivating traditional Greek dishes and desserts
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
Fluent in the Greek language is a strong asset

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
