York Regional Traffic Services, in partnership with the major roadside assistance programs in Canada, Canadian Tire Auto Club, York Regional Police and the Town of Richmond Hill, are proud leaders in the automotive recovery and roadside assistance industry. We are expanding our current fleet in the York Region area and are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated drivers that can offer great customer service. We are the positive guys in industry and focus on helping the community in York Region.

Job duties will include performing roadside assistance to the York Region municipality in a timely manner. We provide towing and relocation services as well as jump starts, tire changes, door unlocks, fuel delivery, and general assistance to motorists in need. We also operate an impound facility for York Regional Police and the Town of Richmond Hill.

Candidates must also manage customer relations with motorists that have been in an accident and inform them of the procedure when an accident has happened.

Previous roadside assistance experience is an asset,



but not required as we provided paid training which will fully prepare you to handle any situation you may encounter.

You qualify if:
Have a team orientated mindset
Have a positive command of the English language, written & verbal,
Hold a valid “G” class license or better,
Have a clean criminal record search (no older than 30 days)
Have a clean Driver’s abstract (no older than 30 days).

Must have a Valid Tow Certificate

The position is for 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and every other weekend.

Our drivers enjoy the flexibility in days and hours of work while being self-motivated problem solvers with the willingness to learn and adapt to various situations.

Knowledge of York Region and basic knowledge of the automotive industry and mechanical operation of the vehicles on our roadways is an asset.

Pay: $750.00-$4,000.00 per week
