Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in cleaning, organization, and customer service within a supportive workplace.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Assist with meal preparation and light cooking as needed
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns professionally




Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
Experience in residential cleaning and hospitality environments preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Basic cooking skills are desirable but not mandatory
Valuable laundry management skills for handling clothing and linens
Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and qualified demeanor

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
