Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster positive shopping experiences
Must have experience with British Foods & Grocery
Assist customers in selecting British Foods that meet their needs.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
Maintain organized merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, attractive, and compliant with store standards, as well as be able to lift boxes when necessary.
Will need to acquire Smart Serve & Food Handling Certificate




Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of service
Communicate clearly with customers in English
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services with courtesy and professionalism

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required with knowledge of British Foods essential.
Solid communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging with customers
Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math ensures smooth daily operations
Fluent in English Language to communicate with customers.
Proven organizational skills and time management help maintain an productive store environment
Customer service experience that emphasizes patience, and positive interactions will set you up for success

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
