Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive delicious, high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
Follow food safety guidelines and best practices for food handling to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for recent dishes.





Skills
Robust knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
Attention to detail, particularly in meal presentation and portion control.
A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn recent techniques or cuisines.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: From $21.31 per hour
