Duties

Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace for yourself and colleagues

Conduct routine inspections of tools and materials to ensure quality and readiness for use
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of workmanship

Experience
Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical tasks consistently and lift heavy objects safely
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines
Willingness to learn recent skills and take on diverse responsibilities as needed
