Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead and oversee our landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction, with the ability to manage a team effectively. This role offers an chance to work on diverse outdoor projects, ensuring high-quality landscape environments for our clients.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing
Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators and other mechanical tools
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks
Plan and execute construction projects related to landscape design and installation
Train and guide team members on proper use of tools, safety procedures, and best practices in horticulture and gardening
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed
Manage project timelines, materials, and resources efficiently to meet client expectations
Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment used,



and project progress

Requirements
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or related fields
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and troubleshooting
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators
Solid understanding of gardening techniques, and horticultural practices
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining safety standards
Knowledge of landscape design principles and construction methods
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license

Pay: From $37.00 per hour
