Farlinger & Associates is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to manage our property grounds, maintain our shop, and keep our equipment clean. This role requires spending a significant portion of your shift outdoors, handling basic groundskeeping and power washing heavy-duty equipment regardless of the season. If you enjoy hands-on work, working outside, and keeping things organized, we want to hear from you. The hours will be typically 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
Groundskeeping & Outdoor Care: Managing outdoor property upkeep, including lawn care, weed control, seasonal cleanup, clearing pathways, and keeping the lot free of debris.

Equipment & Fleet Washing: Operating high-pressure power washers to clean heavy-duty machinery, trucks, and equipment outdoors.

Shop Maintenance: Sweeping shop floors, organizing tools, clearing scrap, disposing of waste, and keeping work bays clean and secure.

Assisting with basic facilities upkeep and staging outdoor materials as needed.





Minimum Job Requirements:
Steel toed boots
Must have a vehicle to drive to shop and robust attendance
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to [e.g., 50–75 lbs], and perform manual labor throughout the day.
Experience with basic lawn care tools (mowers, trimmers) and power washers is preferred.
