Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Clearly explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services to customers in an engaging manner
Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical assessments and customer needs to enhance vehicle performance and safety
Manage cash handling processes accurately during payments and invoicing procedures
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders,



and vehicle histories for seamless follow-up
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Skills
Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of automotive sales and service processes
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training to effectively communicate repair options
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining transparency and trust with customers
Familiarity with automotive repair procedures, parts, and maintenance schedules
Strong cash handling skills ensuring accuracy during transactions
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between customers and technicians
