Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Clearly explain repair recommendations, estimates, and service options in an engaging and transparent manner
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services by highlighting benefits that meet customer needs
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle histories
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Requirements
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to effectively communicate technical information
Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and trust
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology
Experience with cash handling, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical details to customers of all backgrounds
