Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Working Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at one commercial facility.This is a working supervisor position. You will work alongside the cleaning team while ensuring daily cleaning standards, staff performance, and client expectations are consistently met.Responsibilities
Supervise and work alongside the cleaning team.
Complete daily cleaning duties as required.
Inspect all areas of the facility and ensure the cleaning scope is completed.
Assign and prioritize duties for cleaning staff.
Train, coach, and support employees.
Address cleaning deficiencies immediately and follow up to ensure they are corrected.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Communicate concerns or client requests to management.
Complete inspection reports and required documentation.




Maintain a qualified relationship with the client and cleaning team.

Qualifications
Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Robust attention to detail and ability to identify cleaning deficiencies.
Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning duties.
Able to work independently and manage a cleaning team.
Must be available Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership of their site, and can lead a team while maintaining high cleaning standards. Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
